Today Bengalis are remembering their great leader on this day of mourning. The day is being celebrated with due dignity by the upazila administration in Gopalpur upazila. In the morning, wreath laying on the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, prayer, discussion program and prizes of various competitions were distributed among children and teenagers. All officers and employees of the Upazila Livestock Department and Veterinary Hospital paid their respects by participating in all the programs of the mourning day.
